Refund Policy for Fireline Fuel

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Fireline Fuel’s website and Services.

1. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for direct-to-consumer purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Purchases

All B2B sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of food products, Fireline Fuel does not accept returns for B2B orders. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. Approved claims will be remedied by replacement or store credit at Fireline Fuel’s sole discretion.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products

  • Gift cards

  • Subscription charges once processed

  • Clearance or final-sale items

5. Subscription Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle through your account or by contacting customer support.

6. Refund Abuse

Fireline Fuel reserves the right to refuse refunds or suspend accounts for suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.
